The organisational capacity assessment guide presents a set of participatory exercises that can be used in an interactive three-day workshop to self-assess an organisations’ capacity.The exercises help members of (civil society) organisations to dynamically assess and reflect on strengths and areas for improvement when implementing their organisations’ vision and strategy. The outcomes of the self-assessment build onorganisational gains from the past and help organisations in the design of an organisational capacity development strategy.

A Bridge to Life – Factsheet Stay On Project Results Ethiopia

Implementation story of the Family Guidance Association Ethiopia (FGAE) Stay On project supported by Aidsfonds (2020-2023). The main objective of the project was to improve the quality of life of female sex workers living with HIV by providing access to comprehensive, non-discriminatory and high-quality HIV treatment and care. FGAE provided comprehensive and continuous sexual and reproductive health services free of charge for female sex workers in 10 female sex worker-friendly clinics in regional capitals of the country.
